When are the Facebook live calls?
The calls take place at least once a month. If there are additional calls, these will be announced 3 or 4 days in advance on the Facebook wall.

When I access the tools, I’m not allowed to make a copy, how do I go about it?
If you do not have the option to make a copy, it is because you have not logged into your Gmail account, so make sure you do so using your Gmail email and password.
Can I deduct the cost of the Real Estate Nova course on my taxes?
Yes, as long as you take the deduction in the year you purchased the course. For example, if the course was purchased in 2020, the deduction needs to be taken on your 2020 tax return.
Depending on the accountant, you will need to provide copies of receipts and/or the EIN number.
Copies of the receipts have been sent directly to the email you used to purchase the course.
